Coleen Nolan Says She’s Losing Sleep Over Haunting Madeleine McCann Documentary – What She Witnessed Deeply Disturbed Her!

Coleen Nolan from Loose Women has confessed that she’s been struggling to sleep at night after seeing disturbing details about cases like Madeleine McCann’s disappearance, which were brought up during a discussion on the show about an upcoming documentary.

She admitted that reading about horrific incidents like Madeleine’s case on social media has caused her “a lot of stress,” especially ahead of the release of Madeleine McCann: The Unseen Evidence airing tonight.

Speaking about whether the public really needs to know the specifics of the investigation into suspect Christian Brueckner, Coleen said on Loose Women:
“I think we all have this kind of morbid curiosity — and I include myself in that. But over the past few months, I’ve realized how much it’s been affecting me, to the point where sometimes I can’t sleep at night. I don’t actually need to know all of those details.”

“It lingers in my mind. Whether it’s this case or something else — disturbing content on social media that I try to scroll past, but then something else appears, and it’s already stuck with you,” Coleen said.

She went on to say that the rise of police bodycam footage has turned these situations into something resembling a reality show online. “We’re now witnessing every horrific event happening — whether here or globally. I just feel like we’re being overwhelmed with things we have no control over,” she added.

“No wonder so many people are struggling with mental health these days — we’re constantly being hit with a flood of dark, disturbing content,” Coleen said.

“It’s no surprise that we barely let our kids out of our sight at the playground because we’re thinking, ‘What about that video I saw on social media last week?’ Everyone’s becoming overly anxious about the world around them. Life’s too short for that.”

Airing tonight on Channel 4, the new documentary delves into a year-long investigation led by The Sun journalist Rob Pattinson, uncovering fresh evidence related to Madeleine McCann’s disappearance. The film is expected to explore suspect Christian Brueckner’s alleged fixation on young children — though Brueckner has denied any involvement in the case.

Earlier today, reports emerged that police, who have long stayed quiet about the evidence, are now examining a hard drive found at Brueckner’s residence. The drive reportedly contains images that form part of the new material to be presented in the documentary. German authorities are also said to have discovered children’s clothing and firearms during a search of his property.
